SHIPPING

At Curlicue, we take great care in getting your decor pieces to you. Since many of our products are delicate and breakable, we use specialized, bespoke wooden packaging to ensure they arrive safely. Your delivery charge covers this secure packaging, with New Decor Rules Private Limited bearing a portion of the cost to make shipping more affordable for you. Shipping is calculated based on your invoice value as follows:

  • Free Shipping on all Prepaid Orders.
  • Free Shipping on COD orders Above ₹5000.
  • ₹50 COD Charge for orders valued between ₹0-₹1000.
  • ₹150 COD + Shipping Charge for orders valued between ₹1001-₹5000.

DELIVERIES

We partner with major logistics companies to deliver your Curlicue treasures.

  • All Delhi NCR orders are dispatched and delivered within 5 days of order confirmation by our dedicated in-house logistics team.
  • All orders for the Rest of India are handled by our trusted logistics partners. You’ll receive tracking details and partner information via email once your order is dispatched. The order status page in your account will also reflect these changes after dispatch. You can track your order manually by visiting the partner websites and entering the AWB number sent to you via mail.

Tracking Links:

Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver your package three times. If delivery isn’t successful after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. To ensure a faster and smoother delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and a valid mobile number. If your package is being returned to us, please notify us at [Your Curlicue Customer Service Email, e.g., support@culicue.com] or call us at [Your Curlicue Customer Service Phone Number] so we can arrange to resend it as soon as it reaches our warehouse.


PAYMENTS

Curlicue offers a variety of convenient payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted for all eligible pin codes. Please note that COD orders to non-eligible pin codes will not be accepted.
  • We accept all major debit & credit cards.
  • You can also use Net Banking options across major banks.

EMI Payment Method:

We also provide an EMI payment method to make your purchases more manageable. Just follow these steps:

  1. Choose Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI as your payment option at checkout.
  2. You will be directed to the Razorpay page, where you can select your debit or credit card. Look for the option to convert your payment into easy EMIs for the following banks:
    • HDFC Bank
    • Standard Chartered Bank
    • Ratnakar Bank
    • Kotak Bank
    • HSBC Bank
    • ICICI Bank
    • Yes Bank
    • Axis Bank
  1. receiving your request. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery to our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect it, and the refund process will be initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. The refund will then reflect in your bank account according to the timelines mentioned under “Refunds” below.
  2. Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or repaired.

Points to Remember for Returns:

  • The product must be returned with the original packaging, including all tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (if still attached), and the original invoice.
  • The product should be unused and in its original condition.
  • You may be required to print certain documents to be provided to the logistics company representative who comes for the pickup. Our Customer Service team will guide you on this.

Refunds:

All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the returned merchandise at our warehouse and after the successful completion of the quality check. Refunds can be processed in the following ways:

  • Store Credits: Store Credits are often the fastest way to receive a refund. They are a form of credit with no expiry date and generally have no limitations on their usage for future purchases on Curlicue. Store Credits are usually processed immediately upon confirmation of the return.
  • Prepaid Orders: For orders where payment was made online (e.g., credit/debit card, net banking, UPI), the refund will be credited back directly to the original payment method. Please allow 5-6 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank/card statement, depending on your bank.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) to your bank account. You will be required to provide your bank account details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, Bank Name, and IFSC Code) to our Customer Service team for processing the NEFT transfer. Please allow 5-6 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account after the refund is processed.
